Graduate Resident Fellow
Austin is a second year PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research focuses on the physics and production of novel device structures. Prior to graduate school, he received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, Austin was a member of the men’s rowing team. Here at Cornell, he helped establish the Cornell Rowing Club (anyone who is interested in joining, please contact him!).
Originally from wild and wonderful West Virginia, Austin loves to hike and explore the outdoors. His other interests include listening to the Arctic Monkeys, references to The Office, and running. A coffee enthusiast with little taste, he enjoys judging coffee on a binary scale (good or not good). Austin is looking forward to being a member of Carl Becker and getting to know its residents!
