Trey was previously the Associate Director of Diversity Programs in Engineering and he also worked as the Associate Director of Advising and Diversity in the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. He received a B.S. in Liberal Arts Education from Averett University and M.S. in Counseling from Radford University. He completed his PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech. His credo in life is best stated by Alma Androzzo's quote "if I can help somebody, as I pass along, then my living shall not be in vain."
